The materials of Diamond round cutter are come from Germany tungsten steel and processed by the FUJI machine.

The Round Cutters that our manufactory produce use fce use for cutting the glass ,glass pipe and quartz pepe etc.The cutting edge is hare and wear-resistant, and very sharp( Watching by microscope, the cutting edge havnt any gap . It is easy to cut the glass pipe or quartz pipe, and not skid ).

 The diamond material we used is high wear-resistant, compare with the common tungsten steel , have more than 3 to 6 times operating lifes. For example theφ6.0~φ6.2 cutter can cut theφ2.4φ3.5 pipe, and cut 80,000 to 120,000 pcs one time.(the same out diameter, when the cutting angle is different ,the operating life is different)

  One piece cutter can be grind and repair for some times. After grinding , the cutter like the new . It can save the cost by reusing .
